To certify 10,000 workers across partner cities in "Applied AI Ethics & Architecture" and launch the first municipal AI talent framework.
The Workforce Audit
Board members utilize the "Oracle" framework to identify automation vulnerabilities and recommend preventative upskilling.
The Academic Summit
Technical fellows present audit research, industry pilots vote on regional championship curricula.
City-Wide Deployment
Launch tournament-based training pilot solutions directly into city infrastructures.
