(KaaS) and creator of Ringorang, a patented SaaS platform that uses gamification and microlearning to drive measurable behavioral change in the workplace. After relocating from Silicon Valley to Wichita in 2021, he has embedded KaaS in the local ecosystem, partnering with organizations including schools, government agencies, and enterprises.
