Justin helps organizations unlock growth by turning generative AI from a buzzword into a practical advantage. Over the past two decades, he's led innovation and strategy across startups, global design firms, and enterprise environments. Before co-founding Remix Partners, Justin was a Senior Vice President at Newlab and a Partner at IDEO, where he helped major companies connect data science and design to create new products and businesses. Earlier, he founded Food Genius, a pioneering food data startup acquired by US Foods. Today, at Remix Partners, Justin helps leaders build AI-first organizations that drive measurable impact. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Illinois Tech, publishes AI for SMBs Weekly, and sits on the boards of 1848 Ventures and the Northern Illinois Food Bank.
